Robert Grunnah, Jr
Robert Grunnah, Jr. has been an active property investor in the Austin area since moving here in 1992. His previous career included product marketing positions with software and internet companies in Central Texas. Tired of cubicle culture and worthless stock options, Robert completed his MBA and decided to follow his real estate passion by building Castle Hill Investments into Austin's premiere 1-4 unit investment firm. He enjoys travel, investing, nice restaurants, politics, and his golden retriever, Dylan. Robert holds a BBA and MBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at Austin.
Debbie DeBerry
Debbie DeBerry has enjoyed a successful career in real estate with her special interest being in investment properties. She brings to the table a wealth of business ownership experience in industries as diverse as real estate, foodservice and healthcare. Debbie has considered all of Austin her playground since moving here in 1990. She loves the live music scene and local bookshops and participates in many of the runs and triathlons in the area. She received her Master's degree from UT Austin.
Bryan Kosarek
Bryan Kosarek has lived in Texas since 2000 after deciding to attend the University of Texas-San Antonio where the weather was significantly warmer than his home town of Chicago. Bryan graduated with a BBA in General Business, obtained his realtors license and joined the Castle Hill team in 2004. He has worked with Pulte Homes, a new home builder, as a project manager. Through owning and managing his own investment properties, and several for his friends, Bryan understands all aspects of real estate investment from the identification and acquisition process to leasing and rehabbing. Bryan enjoys traveling, visiting his family in Chicago, kayaking, eating at new restaurants, cooking for himself and with friends, reading and making the most of living in downtown Austin. Bryan has been an active property investor in the San Antonio and Austin area since 2003.
Ryan Rodenbeck
A transplant from neighboring Louisiana, Ryan has owned and operated various businesses since he was a youngster. In 2000, after moving to Austin to pursue a property management career, Ryan began investing in Austin property and found that he had a knack for identifying properties in areas of strong equity and rental appreciation. Now, Ryan uses this knowledge and expertise to assist Castle Hill’s clients into similar winning investments. Like all of our team, Ryan is in love with the culture and attitude of Austin, and it makes promoting the town a real pleasure.
Brit Ewers
Brit Ewers was born and raised in the Dallas area before moving to Austin in 2002 to attend the University of Texas at Austin. Brit graduated with a BBA in Finance and currently focuses on Sales and Leasing. Brit enjoys investing in the financial markets as well as investing in personal real estate. Brit can also be found weight training at his nearby gym, biking, skiing, Barton Springs, cars, sampling local dining, world travel, and the Austin live music scene..
Jessica Caplan
Jessica Caplan is the office manager at Castle Hill Investments. She oversees all contracts from inception to close and coordinates a smooth transaction for everyone involved. Jessica hails from Nashville, TN and moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business. Some of Jessica's hobbies include photography, cooking, reading nonfiction, swimming, and listening to live music.
Erin Page
Erin Page was born and raised in San Jose, California and moved to Austin with her family when she was twelve. She attended Bowie High School here in town and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in English and a minor in Spanish. Erin previously managed a veterinary hospital and, while she loves animals, is excited to be working with the two-legged. Erin enjoys live music, great restaurants, playing pool, tennis, and water-skiing.
Daniel Wyler
Daniel Wyler was born and raised in Folsom, CA, and moved to Austin in November of 2007 (a fact not lost on many of our California relocation clients). Daniel is in process of transferring to The University of Texas at Austin to study business. Daniel enjoys running, playing tennis, going to the movies, spending time on the lake, and relaxing with his friends.
