As professional house flippers, we have on contract excellent vendors who perform quality work at wholesale prices. We are able to extend this courtesy to our buyers to get repairs done during the escrow process at lower cost than could be obtained elsewhere. Clients of ours are also welcome to tap this vendor network for as long as they own their property.
6. After sale support.
Buying a property is just the beginning. Through our vendor network of lenders, inspectors, insurance people, and property managers - we provide a turnkey investment and property ownership experience. Our clients can feel confident that this team will stay with them throughout their ownership of the property.
